Jake has been training solidly for four years to try and develop his lean frame to be packed with size and strength.

 

He loves to experience new types of training techniques to try and get the edge against his competitiors.

 

Clients he trains always are advised to know the basics and if not, then are taught in depth by Jake.

 

His open mind enables him to connect with clients to help them achieve the best they possibly can.

James has been training solidly for three years, which has enabled him to generate a quality physique that inspires others to go to the gym.

 

He is always very relaxed and enjoys to teach others on how to better themselves on specific wokouts.
